Comprehensive Outpatient MAT Program

Our outpatient program allows patients to receive effective treatment without interrupting their daily responsibilities. You’ll work closely with our medical providers, experienced counselors, and psychiatric specialists to create a personalized recovery plan tailored to your goals and needs.

We offer same-day Suboxone (Buprenorphine) and Vivitrol (Naltrexone) treatment for eligible patients, ensuring timely and effective care.

How Our Medications Work

• Buprenorphine      (Suboxone): Buprenorphine is a partial opioid agonist that helps reduce      cravings and withdrawal symptoms without producing the intense “high” of      opioids. This allows patients to stabilize physically and mentally, regain      focus, and engage more fully in therapy and daily life. Suboxone combines      buprenorphine with naloxone to help prevent misuse and support safe,      sustained recovery.
• Naltrexone      (Vivitrol): Naltrexone is a non-addictive, once-monthly injection      (Vivitrol) that blocks the euphoric and sedative effects of opioids. It      helps prevent relapse by reducing cravings and eliminating the rewarding      effects of opioid use. For many, Vivitrol offers the freedom to focus on      rebuilding their lives without daily medication management.

Together, these medications support the biological side of recovery while counseling addresses the emotional, social, and behavioral aspects of addiction.
